What is London Sky Estates liable for?

We will go without fail pay you the set monthly rental fee each month. Properties you have entrusted to us will be filled with professional tenants. All utilities bills and council tax will be paid. If the property requires a cleaner or gardener, we will hire them. All communication from the tenants comes directly to us; thus, we are responsible for fixing any issues, taking on the role as the landlord.

Because of our pool of high-quality tenants, we usually are required to spend money up-front to ensure the property is to a certain standard. However, you won't pay any of this cost. The improvements can include interior work, decoration or furniture.

Will the money I make vary?

No. Simply tell us how much you want to get paid, and you will receive constant payments. We pay roughly the same amount of money if you rented it out yourself. These exact figures will be agreed upon before the contract has been signed.

Am I responsible for anything at all?

Landlords must ensure the exterior/structure of the building doesn't have any issues. London Sky Estates is not liable for any outside structural work needed to any property. The building should be insured with the correct  landlord product along with passing all required safety and environment certifications. These can include but are not limited to; gas safety, electrical safety, epc and more. Lastly, if the house has a mortgage, it is the landlord's duty to manage it.

How does London Sky Estates earn its money?

No commissions or fees are charged to Landlords or agencies. All of our income comes from the tenants that we place. We have multiple partnerships with local companies looking to house their employees, therefore charge a mark-up on our services for them. So, sit back, and relax while a regular income flows in!
